Overview: Your Career Story Enhanced is a program for anyone wanting to better position themselves professionally. It includes three one-on-one sessions with homework assignments. Our collaboration will focus on creating a robust online presence, empowering you to confidently own your narrative. Whether it's your website, about page, bio, or LinkedIn profile, we'll work together to bring your story to life. This program is not one-size-fits-all; it's a personalised journey, and varies if you're employed, self employed, returning to work or just starting out. We work together in a shared space in Notion together for you to complete the homework through the program. Discovery Call: What are your career aspirations, and how can we support you in crafting a compelling narrative that emphasises your skills, expertise, and values? During the call, we'll outline the program overview, detailing the phases we'll navigate together. *Pre-Work: We'll start to uncover the essential elements of your professional story. This initial step includes a personality type test and will help shape our subsequent sessions based on your input. We’ll conduct an audit of your website about section, pitch, or LinkedIn profile, focusing on the area that is your priority. **Session One - Explore: A 90-minute hands-on workshop-style meeting will begin with the completed audit and pre-work. It is a time to collaborate and dive into your inner world; the outer world will reflect your ambitions as we work through the program. We review your skills, experiences, attributes, values, and areas to focus on. Through this session, themes emerge in your career story that shape the evolved narrative of who you are. *Homework to complete. **Session Two - Redefine: In this 60-minute session we’ll dig into your career goals and ambitions and begin to map your journey and different forms of Your Career Story. *Homework to complete. **Session Three - Ignite: The final 60-minute session where we share the new story, via 'Your Career Story' document. Together we'll collaboratively refine and adjust it based on your feedback and end the session with the final assignments clear. The completed Your Career Story document captures the best of you and your expertise and provides direction on bringing it life. Your Career Story is a downloadable PDF. *Homework to complete.
