Hi, I'm Lisa
Founder of Your Career Space.
In a professional landscape where equity remains paramount, I'm passionate about a workforce that embraces the uniqueness of everyone's career path.
With over two decades of experience in Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and Consumer Experience Design for global brands such as Nike, Burberry, Selfridges, and Gap, I've led teams, crafted strategies, and curated memorable consumer experiences worldwide.
In 2023, a paradigm shift inspired me to view careers as dynamic portfolios rather than linear paths, unlocking a new perspective and a desire to learn more. I quickly learned I was not alone and began to develop practices, frameworks, and methods to 'find the story' within all of us. I've created a unique Career Story Framework and developed services, workshops, and offerings to serve those seeking clarity, direction, and repositioning of their career stories.
As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, I balance the challenges of professional life with philosophies on human motivation and quality of life. I leverage my corporate experience and inner work practices to bring a holistic approach to professional development, empowering people to fall in love with their unique stories.

The needs of individuals seeking alignment and clarity in their careers, career stories, and professional identities are unique. Through personalised one-on-one programs, we work with people from all backgrounds—whether employed, self-employed, returning to work, starting out, pivoting, or re-entering the job market after a career break.
Groups
Group training and workshops can be booked when joining a public program hosted online and in Amsterdam in person. These sessions are designed to provide alignment and clarity in careers, career stories, and professional identities for participants from all sectors.
Teams
Team programs are designed in partnership with a company or organisation with a specific goal. For example, working with groups of entrepreneurs on how to position themselves effectively, which in turn enhances the positioning of their company.

We offer three levels that deep dive into self-discovery, skill development, and strategic career planning, empowering individuals to take their professional journeys to new heights. One-On-One Sessions
In need of a sparring partner to reflect on where you're heading? These sesssions are designed to bring clarity and purpose to your career goals. Either a 90-minute workshop or a dedicated brainstorming session, we'll collaboratively map out a strategic roadmap tailored to your ambitions. Through insightful exercises, these sessions serve as a compass, guiding you towards your professional objectives with confidence and precision.

Is your LinkedIn profile showcasing your skills and experience effectively? Are you making the most of LinkedIn's features to network and grow your career? The LinkedIn Your Story service is designed to help you maximise your presence on the platform and stand out to potential employers, clients, and collaborators. Career Positioning Concepts
We facilitate conversations about professional identities and how to apply an agile approach to achieving career goals. We also discuss building a career portfolio and how this can help individuals at every stage of their careers. These talks are geared tworards organisations going through a tranisistion or change in stucture.
