We work with everyone that wants to write, change, update their career story or LinkedIn profile. Clients are self-employed, employed, those returning to work or ready to make career change. Their is no age barrier to updating Your Career Story. That's the beauty of this concept, it works for everyone.

I have a corporate career of over twenty years, holding senior positions. I have coached and mentored teams and individuals, a part of the job I really loved. My teams included direct reports of 12 people and the bigger department of over 200 people. A lot of my role was to be the enabler for my leaders and managers to manage their teams effectively. I've always cared about people and their well-being at work, I believe everyone is here to make a valuable contribution to the world, however large or small. In 2015 I completed a Yoga Teacher Training in Portland, Oregon which brought a different aspect to working with people. In 2023 I completed Meditation Teacher Training, both accredited with the Yoga Alliance. I'm training as a life coach, although my work is not focussing on coaching. I have continuous education with the volunteer organisation I work for, which includes a recent module I completed on non-violent communication. My personality type with Myers Briggs is an ENFP, and I'm a Manifesting Generator of Human Design. As an entrepreneur you have to have a strong self reliance, the unknown and belief. I enjoy discussing the qualities needed to succeed in the world of entrepreneurship. I have a library of books and podcasts I recommend to my clients.

Depending on the package you bought the time commitment will vary. For all packages there is 45-60 minutes of pre-work involved and at least one hour of work form home material to work through. - The essentials packages are completed within three weeks to one month. - The enhanced packages are completed within one-two months. - The elevated packages are completed within two months. Yes. All of our workshops , talks and classes can be held within a company or organisation.

For workshops on career storytelling from experience, smaller groups works best, 8-12 people. LinkedIn workshops can be up to 40 people, for groups over 30 we have two facilitators. Get in touch with a specific query or proposal.

Both of our signature offerings; Your Career Story and LinkedIn Your Story are great tools and resources for companies losing part of their workforce due to an internal restructure or reorganisation. Both services can be held one-on-one or in a group setting and are a valuable resource to offer to employees facing a job loss.

We can meet in person or online. For in person sessions we have a beautiful private practice in the heart of Amsterdam. For most of the services offered our first session is in person unless otherwise stated.

The payment conditions are, 50% payable up front before out first session and the remaining 50% at the end upon completion.

There are a amount of hours per month for those that don't have the financial means to invest in career services. We mentor entry level job seekers each month and have a dedicated program consisting of two online sessions. The program is called 'Career Start'. If you're interested in working together send an email to discuss more and the next opening. We're currently accepting applicants for July 2024.

Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice period. After 24 hours, 50% payment of the session will be charged.

Before we start working together we both agree to the terms and conditions which includes a confidentiality agreement. I never post about my clients on social media, I also don't make general statements about my clients and use it anonymously. Your story is your story. At the end of our time together in the feedback review I ask if you would like to leave a review and only with your permission to do so I will only then use it on my website.
