Overview: Your Career Story Essentials is a program for anyone wishing to understand how to better position themselves professionally. It includes two one-on-one sessions with homework. It's created to assist individuals in developing a compelling career story that highlights their unique skills, expertise, and values; part guided, part self-discovery. Our collaboration will focus on creating a robust online presence, empowering you to confidently own your narrative. Whether it's your website, about page, bio, or LinkedIn profile, we'll work together to bring your story to life. This program is not one-size-fits-all; it's a personalised journey, and varies depending if you're employed, self employed, returning to work or just starting out. **Discovery Call: What are your career aspirations, and how can we support you in crafting a compelling narrative that emphasises your skills, expertise, and values? During the call, we'll outline the program overview, detailing the phases we'll navigate together, ensuring it aligns with your needs. *Pre-Work: We'll start with pre-work exercises to uncover the critical elements of your professional story. This initial step will inform our subsequent sessions and enable the framework planning. **Session One - Explore: A 90-minute hands-on workshop-style meeting will begin with the completed pre-work. It is a time to collaborate and dive into your inner world; the outer world will reflect your ambitions as we work through the program. We review your skills, experiences, attributes, values, and areas to focus on. Through this 90-minute session, themes emerge in your career story that shape the evolved narrative of who you are. *Homework to complete. **Session Two - Redefine: We'll share the new story with you, via 'Your Career Story' document in a 60-minute online meeting. Together we'll collaboratively refine and adjust it based on your feedback. *Homework to complete. *Outcome - Ignite: Your completed Career Story document for you to own and bring to life. The document captures the best of you and your expertise and provides areas to highlight and focus on when sharing your story. Presented in a downloadable PDF unique to you. **Follow-Up: After the program concludes, we'll have a 30-minute follow-up within four weeks.
